We have SOLD our condo, but I can refer you to one of our friends who rent in this complex!

The condo is located directly on Table Rock Lake, in the peaceful community of Indian Point Village... next door to the world famous Silver Dollar City.

It's a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, open kitchen-dining-living area floor plan... with an extra large patio deck overlooking the stunning unobstructed mountain and lake views. The only thing between you and the lake... are trees & nature trails that lead you to the wet weather waterfalls.

In 2021 the condo was updated with all new vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), painted the cabinets, walls & ceilings, changed dated fixtures & even had the AC ducts swept to provide clean air.

Our resort offers a large salt water swimming pool, newly resurfaced tennis & basketball court, children's playground area, nature trails, wet-weather creek/waterfalls and direct walking access to the lake below where you can swim, paddle board, fish, etc...

There is also a store ON-SITE where you can grab coffee in the morning, and items you may have forgotten to pack.

NO pets or smoking allowed in the condo or deck area (smoking is only allowed in the parking lot & other areas around the resort).

The condo is located directly on Table Rock Lake.... where the water is cool & clear. You have direct walking access to the pebble rock beach where you can swim, float on a raft, kayak, paddle board, fish... or you can even rent a boat at the marina (some boats have slides).

Unobstructed Views

The condo sit on the side of the mountain, nestled in the trees with unobstructed views of the peaceful mountains & calming lake below. Imagine yourself sitting on the patio drinking your morning coffee... or an evening glass of wine watching the sun sink into the Ozark mountains.

Activities Galore

Branson Missouri has so much to offer, regardless of your interest. This photo was taking on our gulf cart tour at Top of The Rock. There's dinner shows, Ripley's Believe It or Not, the largest 3 story Wonder Works, Wax Museum, Branson Zoo & Aquarium, Butterfly Palace, the state park & fisheries (free), mountain coasters, caves, and so much more... You will find a guest book in the condo with all the information you may need during your stay, including the WiFi password. We have several brochures in the condo with things to do during your stay. The address to the Walmart that delivers directly to the condo will be in the guest book, as well as, all the other information we think may be helpful to you while there.

Condo rules:

Absolutely NO smoking in the condo or on the deck. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the parking lot & other areas of the resort.

NO pets allowed.

Other than those two specific rules... we simply ask that you treat the condo like it was yours & enjoy your time there. By staying at the condo you are acknowledging and agreeing to pay an additional $1,000.00 fee if any smoking or pet violations are reported & proven during your stay.
